3. Personalization & Delivery At checkout, you provide your child's details (name, age, fears, strengths) via our personalization form. We use this information solely to create your unique story. We do not share, sell, or store this data beyond what is necessary for fulfillment. Your completed personalized PDF storybook and animated video are delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Digital Products All Bedtime Heroes products are digital deliverables. No physical product will be shipped. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct — we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.

5. Refunds We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at bedtimeheroes.store@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All stories, videos, illustrations, and content created by Bedtime Heroes remain the intellectual property of Bedtime Heroes.
